At URT PERFORMANCE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and warranty policy below:

Returns & Replacements (First 2 Weeks)

• If your product is not working properly within 14 days of delivery, we will replace it free of charge.

• To request a replacement, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Warranty (3 Months Coverage)

• We offer a 3-month warranty on all products. If your item breaks due to a manufacturing defect within this period, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

• After 3 months, any repairs will be subject to service fees, and customers will be responsible for associated costs.
